The Urschel Model H-A is an industrial food processing machine primarily used for uniformly slicing, strip cutting, and dicing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

Specs:

• Common Applications: Uniformly cuts products such as peaches, pears, potatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots
• Operating Principal: Product enters a feed hopper and is moved by centrifugal force against a slicing knife via a rotating impeller. The thickness is determined by an adjustable gate, after which crosscut and circular knives produce the final dice or strip shape
• Capacity: It can handle a maximum infeed product size of up to 5.5 inches (140 mm) in any dimension
• Three-Dimensional Cutting: The machine can produce uniform cubes or dices up to 1 inch (25 mm) square
