Description
Rotary blades slice jerky into numerous cuts of identical thicknesses. Ideal for beef jerky, but can be used for other meats and poultry. Slicer to be mounted over a conveyor. Feed port: 12″L x 1.5″W Blade roller: 13″L, blades 0.5″H Knife comb: 12″L x 3″H, prevents food from getting stuck in blade slots. Discharge: 13″ x 13″ Powered by a Baldor 1/4 hp industrial motor and gear box.
