I recently purchased a date code conveyor from Steep Hill, but encountered an issue when it arrived as a 250V machine instead of the needed 115V. Despite the initial hiccup, I was thoroughly impressed with Steep Hill's customer service. They swiftly addressed the problem, offering to replace the conveyor immediately to prevent any disruption to our production. Within just two days, I had the corrected conveyor back in operation, and I must say, it has been working flawlessly ever since.
