How the Machine Works (Step-by-Step):

• 1) Erecting: The machine pulls a flat, collapsed cardboard box blank from a supply hopper/magazine using a vacuum system and pops it open into a 3D rectangular shape
• 2) Horizontal Loading: The item being packaged travels down a conveyor belt and is pushed horizontally into the open side of the box. This can be configured for automated loading or manual operator loading
• 3) Sealing: The machine folds the box flaps shut and applies either a heavy-duty industrial hot-melt glue or a precise mechanical tuck closure (depending on the exact factory configuration)
• 4) Discharging: The sealed box is automatically guided out of the machine to a collection area, ready for shipping
