The Lumar Ideal LU500 is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade commercial vacuum meat tumbler. It is specifically designed for high-volume butcher shops, meat processors, and large-scale commercial kitchens to rapidly marinate, tenderize, and flavor large batches of meat, poultry, and seafood. By pulling a vacuum inside the rotating stainless steel drum, this machine opens the muscle fibers of the meat, drawing in marinades and brines in a fraction of the time required by traditional soaking methods. This process significantly improves product yield, moisture retention, and flavor consistency.
