How it Works Step-by-Step:

• Feeding: It pulls a flat, collapsed cardboard box blank from a supply hopper/magazine
• Erecting: It automatically pops and opens the box into a 3D rectangular shape
• Loading: It pushes the product into the open side of the box (this can be done automatically via a conveyor or manually by an operator standing at a loading station)
• Sealing: It folds the side dust flaps and seals the box closed using either hot melt glue or a tuck-in closure system
• Discharge: It dispenses the finished, professionally sealed box onto a conveyor belt toward case packers or shipping pallets
