This equipment is used to remove moisture, water vapor, and trace contaminants from industrial compressed air systems. When air is drawn in and compressed by an air compressor, it becomes intensely hot and traps large amounts of atmospheric water vapor. As that air cools down traveling through the pipes, the vapor condenses into liquid water.
