The Aaron Process IMB-50 is used for large-scale, uniform batch mixing of dry powders, granules, pellets, and light pastes. Its double-helical ribbon agitator moves materials in opposite lateral and radial directions. This action quickly creates a homogeneous blend without generating excessive heat or breaking down sensitive particles.

• Agitator: Double spiral ribbon design powered by a heavy-duty, removable main shaft typically calibrated for an output of 39 RPM
• Drive Mechanism: Driven by a 15 HP motor (usually 3-phase, 60Hz, 230-460 volt TEFC) featuring a direct-connect gear motor or chain-and-sprocket drive system
• Discharge: Equipped with a 6" center-bottom outlet controlled via a manual or air-operated pneumatic slide gate valve
