The Wulftec WHP-200 Pallet Wrapper is used at the end of manufacturing and distribution assembly lines to wrap loaded pallets in protective plastic stretch film.

Three Core Functions:

• Load Stabilization: The machine tightly binds stacked boxes, containers, or products to each other and to the underlying pallet. This creates a single unified unit that prevents items from shifting, sliding, or tipping over while being transported by forklifts or freight trucks
• Product Protection: Enclosing the load in layers of stretch film creates an environmental shield. This protects the cargo from dust, debris, punctures, and light moisture during transport and warehouse storage. It also acts as a tamper-evident barrier against theft
• Cost & Labour Efficiency: Automation: Instead of workers manually walking around pallets with hand-rolls, the high-profile turntable rotates the heavy pallet automatically, wrapping up to 50 loads per hour. Film Pre-Stretching: Its specialized mechanical carriage pre-stretches the film up to a precise percentage before application. This stretches the material further, using far less plastic film per pallet than hand-wrapping while maintaining maximum holding strength
