This machine is used in warehouses and shipping departments to automatically wrap loaded pallets with plastic stretch film.

Primary Uses:

• Securing Loads: It binds multiple boxes, crates, or loose items tightly to a wooden or plastic pallet so they do not shift, topple over, or spill during transit
• Protecting Cargo: The tightly wrapped plastic shields the stacked products from dust, dirt, moisture, and minor physical damage while stored or on a truck
• Saving Material (Film Efficiency): Instead of a worker wrapping by hand, the machine spins the pallet on a heavy turntable while smoothly raising a roll of film. If it is the 1000B version, it physically pre-stretches the plastic by 250% before applying it, making a single roll of film last significantly longer
• Reducing Worker Strain: It automates a repetitive, physically demanding task. An operator simply secures the edge of the plastic to the pallet base, presses start, and the machine handles the spinning and vertical wrapping using a built-in height sensor
