Sanitary Stainless Steel Flow Transfer Panel

A sanitary flow transfer panel is used as a physical "switchboard" to manually route liquids or ingredients between different parts of a factory while preventing cross-contamination. Instead of opening and closing complex electronic valves, a human operator manually physically unclamps and changes the position of those U-shaped pipes (jumpers) to alter the flow direction.
