What It's Used For:

• Oxygen Extraction & Gas Injection (Flushing): Before the plastic pouch or bag passes through the heated sealing bands, the machine uses the connected air lines to pull ambient oxygen out of the pouch. It then instantly injects a tailored mix of food-grade inert gas (such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide). This process drastically slows down oxidation, bacterial growth, and product degradation
