Sandpiper Air-Powered Double Diaphragm Pump

This is an Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pump. It uses compressed air rather than electricity to move liquids through an industrial facility. Because it uses flexible elastomeric diaphragms instead of spinning metal impellers, it handles tough fluids that would destroy or clog standard water pumps.

• 1F: 1" Full Flow port design size
• B: Ball check valve type
• 3: Design Level 3 engineering
• P: Polypropylene wetted material housing
• 1: Santoprene diaphragms / Santoprene check valves
• Fluid Inlet Diameter: 1" ANSI Flange or 25mm DIN Flange. This is the suction opening at the bottom of the pump
• Fluid Outlet Diameter: 1" ANSI Flange or 25mm DIN Flange. This is the discharge opening at the top of the pump
• Air Inlet Diameter: This connects your clean compressed air supply line to drive the internal air distribution valve
• Air Exhaust Port Diameter: This is where the muffled, spent air discharges out of the center block assembly
