The All American 75X is an electric autoclave used to achieve complete, efficient sterilization by using steam under pressure to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores. It is used across various professional and specialized fields where decontamination is critical. 

Specs:

• Industries Used In: Medical and Dental Facilities, Laboratories and Research, Veterinary Facilities, Cosmetic and Health Applications and Mushroom Cultivation
• Venting: Allow steam to be released from the open control valve for 5 minutes to release trapped air.
• Building Pressure: Close the control valve and allow pressure to build until the gauge reaches the green zone (17-18 psi).
• Sterilization: Start the 35-minute timer once the pressure is stable at the desired level.
• Cool Down: After the cycle, shut off the power and open the control valve again to release the remaining steam. Do not attempt to open the cover until the pressure gauge reads 0 psi and the unit has cooled.
