The Model 2200 forms both halves of a double-crust pie simultaneously. In addition, the 2200 makes perfect crusts for pot pies, tarts, hors d’oeuvres, cheesecake and quiche, in most round pans 1 inch (2.54 cm) through 12 inches (30.48 cm) in. diameter.
