The TKM-SX 5 (5 kg) small commercial shop roaster is well-suited to teams looking to roast coffee on a larger scale. Comes with user friendly touchscreen control board and multipoint temperature readings with 3 thermocouples (1x PID and 2x K-type) attached to Phidgit box with a USB to connect to a computer for data logging (Cropster, Artisan) - bean temp and exhaust temp. Comes with parts and tooling.
