Combination Belt and Fluid Bed Dryer System

Triple Pass Belt Dryer feeds into an outfeed auger. Previously used for dried fruit powder and seeds. This unit is still in operation but available for immediate sale. This line was processing 100kg/hour from 60% moisture at the infeed to 10% moisture at the outfeed.

Jinling Drying Belt Dryer - machine is widely used for drying materials with good air permeability such as flakes, strips and granules. It is particularly suitable for materials that have high moisture content, but require low drying temperature, such as dehydrated vegetables, and herbal medicines.

This line requires a steam boiler as a heat source, the previous operation used a 500,000BTU boiler but a smaller unit would work. The boiler plate in the photos is for reference only and it is not a part of the line being sold.

This unit was previously paired with a Fluid Bed Dryer which was already sold and no longer available.
