The Hobart 4246 Mixer-Grinder can process fresh or frozen meat tempered to 26°F or higher in flack or stick form.

• Meat hopper capacity: 140 lbs (64 kg)
• Grinding rate: 55-60 lbs (25-27 kg) fresh boneless beef per minute, or 60-65 lbs (27-29 kg) of pork per minute

Powered by two separate drive motors: a 1 hp motor drives the steel mixing arm, a 5 hp motor drives the conveyor screw (grinding worm).

Comes with a bin of attachments.
