EM Panem Roll-In Proofer Cabinet

The Panem Electric Proofer is designed specifically for fresh bread doughs, pizzas, buns and pastries, positioned on roll-in bakery racks. The cabinet provides an ideal environment for the dough to rise slowly and evenly. This proofer holds 8 racks at a time and is a pass through design.

Proofing range between +15°C (59°F) to +40°C (104°F).

Cabinet is stainless steel inside, and pre-enameled outside to reduce risk of corrosion.
