WeighPack Swifty Bagger 3600 Pouch Fill & Seal System

The WeighPack Swifty Bagger 3600 is a cam-driven automatic straight line left-to-right, bagging machine. It has an accessible bag magazine for pouch loading, automatic zipper opening device, bag shaker at the fill station for product leveling and integrated exit conveyor.

Pre-made laminated pouches with CR resealable closure.

Lengths: 3.5" to 11" | 90mm to 280mm; Widths: 3.5" to 8" | 90mm to 200mm

Rate: up to 25-30 cycles per minute.

Included with the Bagger, from left to right:

• Batching Systems Vibratory Bowl Feeder Counter
• WeighPack PRE-CheQ Inline Weight Analyzer with exit/reject chute and go-no-flow thru rotary assembly.

• Loma IQ4 Waferthin Metal Detector

• WeighPack Labeller Single Head Flat
• Domino M230i Print & Apply tax stamp labeller.

How it works:

1. Bowl Feeder Counter will dispense the desired amount of product into a pocket of the bucket conveyor until the pocket has accumulated the target total per package.
2. The Smart Conveyor will advance products to a chute that will dispense product through the Loma Waferthing metal detector into an open pouch in the Swifty 3600 Bagger.
3. Swifty 3600 will automatically take one (1) pouch at a time, open it, signal filler when ready, receive counted product and then seal pouch.
4. A finished pouch will exit via a conveyor to the Weight Chequer to assure final pouch meets acceptable weights
5. Pouches will then run through the labeler for tax stamp
