The Waukesha 55 stainless steel positive displacement pump, or gear pump, moves fluid by repeatedly enclosing a fixed volume, using interlocking gears, and moving it mechanically through the system.

Pump powered by a Leeson 1/2 hp electric magnet motor, with a KB Penta-Drive DC motor speed control.
