The Bloemhof dual-row dough sheeter/moulder comes with two curved pressure plates for uniform bolillo or tapered roll production up to 7,200 pieces/hr. Ideal for hispanic bakeries and supermarkets.

Also used for sheeting puff pasty, danish dough, and yeast-raised dough.
