Description
The Groen EE-40 Kettle is a stainless steel, self-contained, steam-jacketed unit, operating from an electric heated steam source contained within the unit.
Features:
- Insulated outer sheathing and air gap insulated
- Hinged dome cover
- 2" tangent draw-off
- Safety valve and water fill assembly
Inside kettle: 20" diameter x 22" deep
Volume: 40 gallons
Max working pressure: 30 psi
An electric self-contained steam source provides the kettle with temperatures from 150° to 270°F.
