Description
Stephan high shear mixer / emulsifier / bowl chopper is designed to execute reliably and quickly a wide range of food or pharmaceutical-related functions.
Working tools are made of stainless steel and consists of a 5 litre bowl, a knife shaft and two knives. The bowl is manually removable for product cleanout. Missing lid for bowl.
