Description
The Lakewood SP250 dual-lane berry box filler has high-speed 'bulk-fill' / low speed 'final-fill' to ensure accuracy. Great for blueberries, strawberries, and cranberries.
Product is conveyed into split-hopper and then onto two separate Syntron BF2-A vibratory feeder trays, which feed the weigh-hoppers. When the weigh-hopper reach the specified weight, the gate releases the product into the boxes below.
Boxes are indexed onto the conveyor below weigh-hoppers, and automatically conveyed forward once each box is filled.
Production rate approx 8,000 lbs per hour.
