Triple action twin-arm mixer combines three actions for fast, gentle mixing:

• mixing bowl spins
• two mechanical arms carefully knead, stretch, lift, and fold dough
• gentle three-way agitation ensures thorough mixing without damage to the ingredients

Ideal for mixing dough, such as breads, rolls, biscuits, pies and pastries, as well as mixing meat, cheese and nut fillings.

The mixer can also be used to toss dressing into bulk salads.
