Cleveland KGL-80-T Steam-Jacketed Kettles

The Cleveland natural gas 2/3 steam-jacketed stainless steel kettle is a self-contained unit that enables one to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili and soup. It has a highly-efficient heating system that provides 190,000 BTU of cooking power for fast heat up and recovery times. Large pouring lip and tilting capability enables fast and easy pouring.

The steam-jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, rated at 50 psi.
