Description
Also called an impingement conveyor oven, this natural gas deck oven has a spacious baking zone, front-loading glass door, stainless steel wire mesh conveyor belt, and three inlet blowers for air circulation. Heat is transferred through forced convection (impingement). Natural gas: 150,000 BTU/hr Baking zone: 70″L x 33″W Wire belt: 106″L x 32″W End apertures: 33″W x 3.25″H Front-loading glass door: 22″W x 5.25″H Top vent – outside diameter: 6″, inside: 2.5″ Blowers are each powered by a Magnetek 0.25 hp motor.
