This complete automated packaging line includes an infeed conveyor, multihead scales, mezzanine, bagger, date coder, and accumulation table. Suitable for a wide range of dry products, snacks, powders, and granular materials.

WeighPack 15′ High Inclined Infeed Conveyor

• Modular belt: 15' L x 14.5" W
• Cleats: 2" H, spaced 7.5" apart
• Includes vibratory feeder at discharge (10" W x 4.25" D) for smooth feeding into scales

WeighPack Primo 360 CombiScales

• 10-head multihead weigher
• 2 load cells require recalibration or possible replacement
• HMI touchscreen included (not shown in photos)

WeighPack SB3600 Swifty Bagger

• Fills and seals up to 40 stand-up pouches per minute
• Previously run at 20–25 pouches/min in last application
• General maintenance recommended (new bag grippers and consumable parts)
• Supports pouch widths from 3" to 8.5"
• 90 psi air requirement
• Nitrogen flush option installed

VideoJet 1210 Ink Jet Printer

• Industrial date-coding printer
• Integrates directly with automated packaging lines
