Kettle: 16″ diameter x 15″ deep, capacity: 40 quarts (10 gallons). Reinforced rim with butterfly-shaped pouring lip, from 12″W to 2.5″W Self-contained natural gas heat source. Approx temperature range: 150°F-295°F Input rate: 52,000 BTU MAWP: 50 psi at 300°F Manifold gas pressure: 3.5″ W.C.
