Allen Optical Colour Sorter

The Allen is a second-gen optical colour sorter, a machine used in production lines in bulk food processing and other industries. It separates products by their colours, and uses a ejection device to divert product whose colour did not fall within acceptable range, or which is desired to form a separate group from the rest.
