Cocoatown ECGC-65E Chocolate Grinder

Designed to grind cocoa nibs into chocolate liquor, or nuts into nut butters. Grinds up to 65 lbs (30 kg) of cocoa nibs and produces up to 100lbs (45 kgs) of finished product per batch. Or grinds up to 50 lbs (23 kgs) of nut pieces into nut butter. Rotating granite stone rollers on bottom granite stone grind the nibs and preserve its nutritional value.
