Designed for processing cereal-based and granola products such as bars, bites, clusters, and balls. Provides gentle forming without cutting, ensuring no oil escapes from nut components and no production waste. Compatible with all common binding agents. Features fully automatic operation and baking tray transport.

Intended Use

The machine is used for moulding semi-plastic moulded items from the food industry. The moulding material is fed manually through a hopper and can comprise plant and animal-based oils or greases, as well as water, emulsifiers, starch, gelatine, dyes and similar substances.

This must be crumbly material cush as muesli pastes or similar moulding material with a comparable consistency and composition.

Any other use than that intended is considered misuse and may lead to malfunctions, damage to the machine and dangerous situations.
