The Hinds-Bock 5P-08T Muffin Depositor is a versatile, pneumatic, five-piston machine designed for efficient baking operations. It is excellent for depositing batter for muffins, cupcakes, and sheet cakes. With a depositing capacity of 2 to 8 ounces, it achieves a throughput of 900 to 1,300 dozen per hour, making it suitable for high-volume production. This used model was originally designed as a tabletop unit but is now mounted on a 33" L x 32" W x 38.25" H stand. With a batter infeed height of 73" and a deposit height of 48", it ensures easy handling and operation. The hopper's large volume of approximately 120 quarts (30 gallons) enhances productivity by reducing the need for frequent refilling. In addition, the depositor comes with two extra deposit rollers, providing flexibility and extended operational possibilities.
