Stainless steel bowl: 17″ diameter x 9.5″ deep, volume: 25L Low pressure jacket Internal steam jet nozzles Two 6″L chopper blades Bowl tilts 90° for emptying contents Flip up / bolt down cover Agitation was removed, and the vessel and jacket do not have a pressure rating.
