Berries are fed directly on inclined infeed conveyor and conveyed through air stream and onto stainless steel wire conveyor. Small lighter berries, leaves, and debris follow the air stream into the overhead cage where it is conveyed out to one side by the refuse conveyor. Inclined infeed conveyor: 75″L x 38.5″W, infeed height: 45″ Powered by a Motovario motor and gear reducer. Wire conveyor: 30″L x 39″W, discharge height: 54″ Powered by a Leeson 1/4 hp washguard motor. Refuse conveyor: 81″L x 7.75″W, discharge height: 73″ Powered by a Leeson 1/4 hp washguard motor. Overhead cage discharge above refuse conveyor: 58″L x 7″W Double blowers powered by a Leeson 10 hp washguard motor, but needs a speed drive. Needs control panel.
