Inside tank: 50″ diameter x 48″ deep Tank walls: 3″ thick Tank electrically heated. Anchor-style scrape-agitator, powered by an Emerson 5.0 hp motor and US Series 3000 gear box. Serated steps: sides 14″W x 7″D x 17.4″H, top 39.5″W x 12″D x 31″H Comes with a two GC Solenoid valves, and two Grundfos nonsubmersible circulation pumps. Previously used for mixing/tempering chocolate.
