Cleats spaced 8″ apart.
Stainless steel tank (inside): 76″L x 36″W x 28″D, volume approx 250 gallons
Powered by a Baldor Reliance 5 hp motor, and Tigear 2 worm gear reducer.
Previously used for cheese production, but can also be used as a small fruit washer.
