Urschel® CC Versatile Slicer

The Model CC is a versatile slicer because with interchangeable cutting heads,  it can shred and granulate too. Products processed include: potatoes, cheese, other vegetables, fruits, nuts, and pet food ingredients. Accepts products measuring up to 4″ in any dimension. Currently fitted with a V-Cut slicing head. The slices will have 8 complete V’s to an inch, and the depth of the V is .050″ (1.3 mm). Slice thicknesses range from .040″ (1.0 mm) to .100″ (2.5 mm). Comes with a Crinkle slicing head assembly. The slices will have 3-1/3″ waves to an inch, and the depth of the crinkle is .080″ (2.0 mm). Slice thicknesses range from .040″ (1.0 mm) to .285″ (7.2 mm). Infeed hopper: 17.5″ diameter x 9″ deep Slicing head: 14″ inside diameter x 3.5″ deep. Top infeed diameter: 9.5″ Discharge chute (bottom): 18″L x 6.5″W Powered by a Reliance Duty Master AC motor. Previously used to slice cheese. Comes with extra head and new knives. Manual available
