Description
Pneumatic ram pushes block of cheese through a rotary grating wheel. Grated cheese falls through bottom exit hopper. Max cheese blocks: 13″L x 11″W 13″W grater wheel powered by a 5 hp Baldor motor. Hourly output: approx 200 to 300 kg Entirely made with AISI 304 stainless steel. Tested running condition.
