This CIM-Comas Dough Press and Auto Dough Folder is a used bakery machine designed for efficient dough preparation. The adjustable motorized drum measures 27 inches wide, allowing for precise control over the dough thickness. The machine includes two lapping conveyors equipped with adjustable folding shoes to accurately fold the dough sheet over a butter layer, facilitating even and thorough lamination. Each conveyor measures 22 inches in length and 7 inches in width. The inclining conveyor of this equipment features a belt that stretches 184 inches in length and 27 inches in width, with a drop height ranging from 43 inches at the top to 31 inches at the bottom, optimizing workflow and increasing productivity.
