Zieman Bauer Brewery Tanks & Equipment

Complete brewery tank system including Zieman Bauer fermentation and storage tanks with integrated pumping, CIP, and yeast handling systems. Suitable for large-scale beer production.

Section F – 3,300 HL Area (2007)

• Tanks: 7 × 3,300 HL (330,000 L) including Fresh Water, Acid, Cold Caustic, Acid CIP Sanitizers
• Pumps & Valves: Waukesha 25 HP, 2 HP, 15 HP pumps; Waukesha Yeast Pump 125; Acid control valve module; dozens of other valves and shell-and-tube connections
• Other Equipment: Stainless steel platform (scrap), SS cabinets with 17 solenoids, all electrical equipment
• Yeast Tanks: 4 × SS tanks (~2,000 gallons each)

Section E – 2,840 HL Area (1998)

• Tanks: 6 × 2,840 HL (284,000 L)
• Equipment: Alfa Separator with parts, CO₂ foam collection traps (2), stainless steel tanks, Falco SS yeast tank
• Pumps & Valves: 2 × Fristam 3 HP pumps, Waukesha 3 HP pump, ~200 ft piping with valves, 12-valve tubing bank feeding second-level tanks
• Electrical: 4 SS electrical panels and all associated equipment
