Description
Natural gas deck oven featuring a 70″ x 33″ baking zone, stainless steel wire mesh conveyor (114″ x 32″), and front-loading glass door (22″ x 5.25″). Equipped with three inlet blowers for forced convection (impingement) heat transfer. Powered by Magnetek Century Electric 0.25 hp motor and Century AC 1/3 or 1/4 hp motor. Gas input: 150,000 BTU/hr; manifold pressure: 3.5 in. W.C. Includes 6″ OD top vent and 33″ x 3.75″ end apertures.
