Description
A photo-eye detects the container after it enters the conveyor. Another sensor activates the label applicator.
The pneumatic double-acting linear slide actuator holds the container in place while rollers apply label securely.
Larger roller powered by a Bodine Electric 1/6 hp inverter duty gearmotor.
Modular belt: 96″L x 6″W, powered by a 0.5 hp motor and Tigear 2 gearbox.
Control box with a Maple Systems touch panel.
