The Cleveland SEL-40T is an electric 40 gallon, manual tilt skillet and braising pan, and great for large batch or a-la-carte cooking. Both bottom and sides of the braising pan heat which allows for a fast and even cook.

Made from 304 stainless steel with a bead-blasted surface to prevent food from sticking.
