FoodTools ACCU-10UTS Sheet Cake Slicer

The ACCUSONIC-10UTS is an industrial food and baked goods slicer, also called an automatic portioning system. It uses a titanium ultrasonic blade to slice cleanly through sticky products without damage. Blade: 12″W Cutting force @ 70 psi: 500 lbs / 226 kgs Input air power: 30 CFM @ 90 psi Input water: 5 GPM @ 40 psi The servo/PLC driver can program any cut size required. It currently cuts 48/64/72 rectangles. It can also cut diagonally and cut rounds. This model has a wash cycle: it can be set up to cut the desired number of cakes before it goes into wash cycle mode to clean the blade at the back of the machine. Digital manual upon request.
