Lakewood Volumetric Clamshell Filler

High-speed, single lane, adjustable clamshell filler. Clamshells are fed onto live belts and stay on the same belt until discharged. As the clamshell moves under the fill hopper, it is filled to the specified volume and stays there until the next clamshell replaces it. Filled clamshells are closed and conveyed where they can case packed. Accepts clamshell sizes from 4.4 oz to 2.75 lb Filling rate: 200+ containers/min. Fill hopper: 31″L x 20″W x 14″D, volume approx 15 gallons, adjustable height from 42″ to 52″ Includes a spilled-berry conveyor to keep spilled fruit off the floor. condition: Good
