Description
Specifically used to mix the pastry dough for sheet-related foods, such samosas, blinis, egg rolls and spring rolls. Blades rotate at a moderate speed and carry flour into water in a smooth pattern. Covered tank is 40 gal (150 L) Powered by a MEZ 3 hp motor, and an Everlin planetary gearbox. Also uses a Mitsubishi S500 frequency inverter. Tested working condtion.
