2. Hydra pulper with 30L tank capacity
3. Pulp mixing tank with 80L capacity
4. Vacuum tank and pump
5. Air compressor
6. PLC | HMI Controls, for forming and hot press operations

Pulping batch capacity: 3.5 kg dry cardboard weight.

Hot press planum: 12" x 12"

Pulp forming station has a planum size of 12" x 12", and includes a 30L forming tank. The forming parameters are controlled by PLC | HMI
