Thermoglaze TG25 Donut Glazing and Reheating System

The Thermoglaze TG25 is designed to efficiently reheat and glaze frozen donuts, processing approximately 25 dozen per hour. Each 17″ x 12.5″ glazing screen holds up to 12 donuts, which are reheated in 70–90 seconds at 420°F (adjustable based on product type).

An integrated 8-shelf Thermolizer, located on the right side of the unit, thaws and holds donuts for up to 5 hours prior to glazing. Once ready, screens of donuts are conveyed through the oven and automatically coated with a thin, even layer of glaze. After glazing, the screens can be transferred directly to cooling racks.
