Belshaw Thermoglaze TG25 Donut Glazer

The Thermoglaze TG25 processes approx 25 dozen donuts per hour. Glazing screens hold 12 donuts each. Typical reheating time is 70-90 seconds at 420°F. Temperature can be modified to suit product.

It uses 17"L x 12.5"W glazing screens holding typical 12 donuts each. The product is thawed and kept up to 5 hours in the 8-shelf Thermolizer (located on the right of the machine).

After thawing/holding, the screens full of donuts are conveyed through the oven. The dispenser then coats each donut with a thin coating of glaze as they pass through. After glazing, the screens can be placed on a cooling rack.
